  Worst service ever! Got a package delivered there by Amazon and they gave the key to the parcel locker to someone else (who was probably excited at all the free stuff they were given). I contacted the Post Office multiple times to see what could be done and I ended up being told nothing could be done and I would not be refunded. I did not receive any compensation for my over $100 dollar order, I did not even receive an apology. Thank goodness Amazon actually knows what customer service is and they refunded me the items that could not be replaced with new ones. (Although Amazon is sending them to the post office again so who knows if I will ever actually get them...) It's amazing really that a package can come from over 3000 miles away just fine (via Fed-Ex) and wind up getting screwed up 5 minutes from my house. The worst part is they never admitted they were the ones who messed up, at one point they accused my family of picking it up and not telling me. (REALLY??) I will NEVER order another thing online to be delivered to the post office in Ault. Pay the extra money and get it Fed-Ex or UPS at least they know what they are doing.

  We had our passports processed here and the staff was great. Very knowledgeable and no waiting, she processes all our paperwork quickly so we were in and out
